Your Options

Option 1: Store Credit + $10 Bonus Credits

• Receive the full purchase value as store credit. 

• Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and unworn.

• A simple way to save on your next order while supporting the dairy farm family.

Option 2: Refund to Original Payment Method

• Get a refund for the product cost only.

• Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

 

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover everything.

• Choose a free exchange (shipping both ways on us), or

• Select a refund or store credit option.

• Submit your return request through our portal.

• Choose whether you’d like store credit or refund to original form of payment

• Once authorized, ship the item back securely.

  • Return shipping is free if your item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Otherwise, the customer pays return shipping.

• When your return arrives, we’ll process it within 5 business days.

Important: Returned apparel must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Items that don’t meet these conditions will not be eligible.

 

What Can’t Be Returned?

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Free gifts with purchase

• Clearance-marked items

• Worn, washed, apparel

• Holiday items (see below)

• Items specifically marked “Final Sale”
